Originally from Maryland, Charity was determined to escape the bitter cold and decided to move to sunny South Florida, swapping out her layers of winter coats for a t-shirt and shorts on a Sunday afternoon in January (Of course, she will always be in business attire for you when she’s working!). “I wouldn’t trade the year-round sunshine and warmth for anything else. I want my clients to also experience this tropical paradise, which is a big part of what makes me so passionate about my job as a Realtor here.”

When Charity is not busy working, you can find her doing one of three things: spending quality time with her family and dogs, cheering on her kids at their soccer games, or giving back to her community through charity events organized by her church (hence her name)! It all stems back from how generous and hard working her mother was growing up, and Charity aims to pay it forward, whether it be through supporting her own family, giving to the underprivileged, or helping her amazing clients escape the snow and ice up north and come home to this idyllic, warm paradise that is South Florida.
